Sappy, lightly chewy texture with loads of sour cherry, wild raspberry, cardamom, alpine herb and faint cinnamon. It’s super fresh feeling, lithe in tannin profile, gently fruity-sweet but with a renovation of savouriness that gives minerals and nuts and herbs.
