One of those rare, rare wines that we typically wish to squirrel away for ourselves, then realise they're much better out in the wild. A cult producer from the often overlooked Jurancon region of France, making some of the most minerally, intense and refreshing wines we drink each year. It is a blend of gros manseng and petit manseng typical of the region, but here imbued with brilliant, crystalline, briny-saline acidity and a sense of minerality despite a little plushness and softness to texture. We love how these wines drink with great dining experiences too. Serious, wonderful, collector wine, but hey, dig in.
