Jura is France's smallest wine region but has a pretty loud voice in the world of wine. The saline tang, faint savoury nuttiness and scintillating acidity, are all calling cards of the wine growing area, and there's no disappointment here. A beautiful chardonnay here, imbued with regional character and wholly delicious. Macle is one of Jura's best, old school producers. This is wicked stuff.
