Dreamin' sits alongside beers like Vibe and Serenity (just trying to keep the Castle references alive) and is an ale made with regenerative organic barely and wheat, hopped generously in the kettle and dr-hopped with organic Motueka. It's super clear, decently rustic with a full mouthfeel... A really stripped back beer... we are loving it. If I had to put it in a place, I would liken it to Saison Dupont with Motueka... and a little Fantome as its going to develop in bottle b/c, as you know, our culture's brett will eventually present itself... but at this stage it's looking fresh. - Topher Boehm, Wildflower Brewing
