Lucy and William Lowe are the dynamic duo behind the awarding-winning, super innovative Cambridge Distillery. Taking inspiration from the English countryside and abundant local botanicals, they set down the path of creating a gin that tasted like home. Botanicals are chosen based on what's in season and within a 10 mile radius from the distillery. And, much like some of our other favourites, Hurdle Creek, they source a lot from their home gardens and farms. Attention to detail is the name of the game here. They've perfected a unique vacuum distillation process whereby they subtly adjust different variables, including temperature, pressure and timing to create outstandingly pure single distillates (rather than one big batch). These single distillates are then masterfully blended together by William and result in these boundary pushing gins.
