Faulty Product Replacement Policy
We care deeply about ensuring our customers only ever get the very best when it comes to products purchased from P&V.

If you have purchased a product from us instore or online and believe it to be faulty in any way, please contact us via hello@pnvmerchants.com. We will be more than happy to replace it like-for-like, or for a similar alternative product if the original item is no longer in stock. We also value the opportunity to test/sample potentially faulty products for our own ongoing quality control, so while we will always replace products no-questions-asked, we very much appreciate if you're able to return the original product to us for assessment.

Returns Policy
We will always do our best to assist in the instance that you wish to return an unopened/unused product for any reason. However, please be aware that we do not offer refunds for returns relating to change of mind, incorrect product selection or misunderstanding regarding delivery timeframes and policies.

If you do wish to return products for any of the aforementioned reasons, we are happy to offer a store credit for the value of the item/s being returned, less a 10% restocking fee and any delivery fees, which are non-refundable.

Products must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date and must be in original, undamaged condition. Please note that returns of this nature are accepted at the discretion of P&V Wine + Liquor on a case by case basis.
