Once we've got your order, you'll get an order confirmation and we'll be straight on getting everything it ready to be delivered. Nothing else to do here except to sit back, relax and let your order do its thing.

If you're in our local Minett Man delivery area (list of suburbs below) and are expecting an order, we're getting things out to you as fast as humanly possible. Please be patient as our gorgeous drivers/friends are handling 100% of deliveries in these areas. If you're eligible for our Same Day service you will receive an email once the delivery is on its way with our driver. Our delivery windows are from 12pm until late Monday-Friday. If you miss the cut-off time for same day service, it will come the very next eligible day. We will always send you an email to let you know when we're on our way so if you run into any issues, just respond to that email and someone will help you out.
South Australia
Due to recent changes to state liquor licensing laws, we are unfortunately no longer allowed to ship alcohol to South Australia. If you live in SA and wish to order anything from our range of snacks, condiments or non-alcoholic beverages, please contact us via phone or email and we'll be happy to assist in arranging a delivery for you.
Everywhere else in Australia
If you're further afield, we're getting everything out as quickly as we can. For example, if you have selected Next Business Day Dispatch on a Friday, your order will not be shipped until Monday. You’ll receive a tracking link when everything's been booked with the courier, as well as when your package has been picked up from us and is making its way to you. So please just hang tight. If you're wondering where your goods are, please do the righteous thing and use the tracking links provided before calling or emailing to see if we can help - once your order leaves us, it really is in the hands of the shipping gods.
