But that's exactly what best mates Blake and Steve set out to create when they founded Feels Botanical. Inspired by their hometown, the friends set out to make something unique. They knew they wanted to make use of the abundant high quality botanicals kicking around but were unsure what to use as the base. They finally settled on eau de vie because heck, were they not surrounded by world re-known grapes, organic farming and the magic and abundance of the Adelaide Hills?
These are seriously sublime spirits and come in three aptly named versions - Bask, Revel and Rouse. Bask is blissfully crisp, earthy and herbal. Serve over ice with a splash of tonic and a bit of lemon and just go sit outside. Perfection. Revel is distilled with coffee, ginseng and Illawarra plum. Silky fruit, spice and chocolate this is defs best served neat, over ice. Rouse is a total vibe and is made from a blend of horny goat weed, rose petals and Davidson plum. Wrapped up it makes for the perfect spritz. Unreal.
