From 60 year old vines set on granitic soils, and fermented in concrete. This is all potent, black cherry and charry spice with cola and sarsaparilla characters going on. Quite supple in the palate, a little wild edge of tangy acidity, but the general gist is of purity of fruit character and great charisma around it. This is a producer of hard core organic farming, totally hands off winemaking, and the results show in wines of unique personality that draw us into the glass.
