Comprised of four sites across the Yarra valley (Upper and Lower), this rendition is simply gorgeous straight out of the gate. The wine opens with delicate peach and lemon curd aromas, a touch of struck match and toasted almonds give complexity to the bouquet. The palate is generous and textured with orchard fruits, butterscotch and lemon. The acidy is fresh with a saline character which carries the fruit to a long finish. - Shaun Crinion, wine maker
