A blend of three grape varieties sourced by three young Georgian winemakers. A fresher project from the ancient winemaking nation. Sees some long maceration. From Kartli in the centre of Georgia. Wonderful perfume shows mixed citrus, floral notes, touch of marzipan, some faint dried apple character and a lift of sweet spice. Supple and succulent in the palate, good length of flavour, amazing acidity under juicy fruit and a fine grip to finish. Bright and flavoursome stuff.
