Heiwa Shuzo Tsuruume Nigori Umeshu
Established in 1928 in Wakayama prefecture with the goal of creating products that reflect the nature of Japanese unique climate and landscape.
Nigori Umeshu is made with Nanko Ume fruit from Wakayama. The macerated fruit is added to the Umeshu liqueur to add texture from the fruit itself.
A sweet yet slightly tart character on the palate, lively acidity adds to the complexity of this drink. Drink by itself or try adding to a sparkling wine spritz.
HANDLING: Once opened the Heiwa 'Tsuru-ume Nigori Umeshu' will last well for at least 6 - 8 weeks, ideally in a refrigerator.
