Christophe et Fils Chablis 2023

One of the greats. Consistently good stuff coming from Sebastien Christophe and such good value for a drop of this calibre. Big whiffs reveal signature white flower and lemon aromas, with a touch of salinity and smoke. The finish is where the minerality comes into play - wet stones, seashells and the like, carried by a laser-like acid backbone. Start shucking those oysters...
