Geez, this is a cracking release. The 2021s from Cossard are on fire. This is tightly wound with a strong, saline minerally element run through it all. Burgundy but on another level, with intense apple, peach fruit character married to rocky, stony elements, all the while tapped at with gentle, savoury, nutty characters. Detailed and unreal wine. 2021 // 750ml // ABV 13%
