A blend of 100% pinot meunier primarily from the 2018 and 2019 vintages.
This single-varietal cuvée is made from from three complementary vintages, which allow this Brut Nature to combine balance and complexity. Three plots delicately farmed, and so many different soils to approach at best the mosaic of the terroir of Vandières, where meunier is king.
Fermented in stainless steel, so as not to distort, and best preserve the delicate freshness of the meunier, followed by 36 months on lees which gives it maturity and singularity. - Champagne Delouvin Nowack
