Cidrerie du Vulcain Premiers Emois Demi Sec 2020

Premier emois is a French term for the first stirrings of love (or infatuation) which is cute and also makes sense here because the cider is made from "gloriously ripe orchard fruit". The sweetest of the bunch, and more plush and weighty than the drier styles from this producer. 

We say sweet / demi-sec but it's still quite dry. If you wanted to describe it as sensual you absolutely could, it's an opulent cider that you should share with a lover, or someone you would like to smooch.
