Hawt sauce came from experimenting with sichuan pepper, aiming for the tingle but found they have an amazing zesty citrus flavour. Using that zesty citrus flavour and combining it with a combo of some pretty hot chillies like habaneros and carolina reapers that made an extra hot sauce that's unique and has flavour.
