We are BACK with another P&V exclusive and this one is an absolute BANGER. Like, yeah, of course we would say that, but genuinely - this is so bloody good.
Top-tier Gippsland fruit crafted into an unbelievably well balanced modern Australian chardonnay? OK great. Then on top of that cellared for 5 years before release to absolutely max out the flavour and complexity? Yeah, alright - that's what's up.
A downright seductive nose of ripe stone fruit interlaced with rich butter-and-honey toast vibes and lick of minerality. In the mouth it's still fresh as can be, with a beautiful line of acidity that harmonises perfectly with the juicy, textural richness of the palate and neatly underpins the complexity of the secondary aged characteristics that are starting to shine through.
