Domaine Tissot En Barberon Pinot Noir 2020

Cult heroes of the Jura doing what they do best here, celebrating the terroir of a biodynamically farmed single plot between Arbois and Chateau-Chalon. Pinot noir with no additions, aged in old Burgundy barrels. A wine of great depth and complexity, layered with red-berry tartness, cracked pepper and turned earth. Supple in texture, with layer upon layer of smoke and spice. Patience in the cellar will be rewarded, but waiting may prove tricky... IYKYK.
