From Montlouis-sur-Loire and is the variety chenin blanc from organic vines. Jousset one of my favourite Loire producers and Lise, at the helm is a beautiful human.

Big perfume, honey and pine notes, pepper and citrus. Evocative and amazing to sniff on. Rich in the palate, a little residual sugar bolstering layers of citrus, sugar-coated almonds, fennel and saline notes. Plush and rolling, bold and yet stellar to drink.
