Fruit from the Cassini Vineyard, Kangaroo Island. A producer to keenly watch for innovation and resulting quality wines. Pinot gris that sees a small portion of the juice fermented in barrel for texture and the rest in tank for freshness. Blended after two weeks, the result is a light, pretty and clean woite woine. Delightful.
