Maderia full and rich, just as the label says! Made from 80% Tinta Negra Mole and 20% Malvasia the wine is made using the Estufagem process which slowly heats and cools the wine over three months before ageing in casks for 5 years. A delectable desert wine, Christmas spices and dried fruit, caramel, candied lemon and bitter orange. Tasty to drink solo or pared with blue cheese, chocolate or a rich desert.
