Using 100% Australian un-malted Rye from a single farm in the Murray Mallee region, this is Gospel's answer to your evening tipple, soft and smooth is the aim of the game here. Their answer to an Australian version of the bold, spicy American ryes we have come to know and love, buttery rye bread, light toffy and spice is to be found on the noise with the pallet coming in strong with spiced fruits, creme caramel, all psice and green apples to finish.
