Almonds and pears, cornflower, fennel and bee pollen, that type of bitter-sweet note. It’s a Gris style in depth of flavours but it’s still quite gentle and ethereal. There’s hidden sweetness here, a hint of liquorice, brown pear, maybe even papaya. I love its quietly confident nature.
