Thanks for the intro Tom! We can add to that... This is the best Giallo yet. Hard to say that, but geez, it really is a winner. Textural with its chalky pucker, inwardly concentrated with lemon tea characters all dosed up with ginger, lemongrass, floral elements and alpine herbs. It holds together so fresh and beautifully. It's brilliantly refreshing too. Fine wine paradigm. It's sensational drinking.
