This is outstanding sparkling wine, vivid, bright, refreshing and yet nutty-savoury enough to take it to the next level. It’s green apple and lime, preserved lemon and ginger, touches of bergamot tea with green and salted almond in the mix. Bright, vigorous bubbles, clean and tight, cooling and cool in the same breath.
