Basil Hayden’s 8yr dates all the way back to 1796 when the man himself, Basil Hayden was the master distiller. This Kentucky Straight Bourbon uses a traditional corn base but has a higher percentage of rye which adds to the spicy and herbaceous notes it carries.
Great to drink neat but also makes a cracking Old Fashioned cocktail.
