This is consistently one of the wines we guzzle with gusto - the thing we crack when we need a no brainer white with texture, interest, refreshment factor. Each year it seems to get incrementally better and better, a little tweak of winemaking here, a splash more of this variety there. This year we have this waxy-texture going on, a lot of lemony tang, a good lick of saline acidity and some alpine herb characters chiming in. It’s got this swagger and zip to it. Flamin’ heck it’s a ripper to drink. Fire up the fishmonger.
