It’s got all the texture, amazing drive, a sense of precision and yet minerality, gentle nutty savouriness, a core of green apple and preserved lemon, alpine herb notes going on and in and around that all. Chalky and puckering, extreme length and persistence, refreshing and yet one to sink into and see relax and unfurl.
