The sole white (or rather, orange) in Pacina's range, La Cerretina is a 50/50 blend of Trebbiano and Malvasia. Grapes undergo spontaneous ferment in concrete tank, with ten days maceration on skins. This is followed by 12 months in a combination of large format oak, and smaller cherry and acacia barriques prior to bottling.
