A rich, flavour packed pasta sauce starring local Australian Talent - summer ripe, Australian Roma Tomatoes, Archie Rose Native Botanical Vodka and Toolunka Estate Naturally Fermented Olive Brine.
WE LOVA PASTA! This Saturday Night set has been created with love by Elizabeth Hewson. The sauce has been slow cooked in small batches, then hand bottled to ensure the highest quality pasta sauce. The pasta has been made using Australian durum wheat semolina from the “Golden Triangle” area of NSW, slowly extruded through bronze dies and gently air dried at low temperature for 48hrs, to preserve the nutritional benefits, the best taste and digestibility.
To complete this perfect night in at home a bottle of red, Chateau Sholto Pinot Noir 2023, a delightful little pinot that we collabed on with our great mate Sholto Broderick from Basket Range Wines in the Adelaide Hills. It's everything we want from a pinot noir with a perfect balance of soft fruit, subtle earthy spice, a silky smooth mouthfeel and nice bright acidity. Bloody lovely.
