A new face in the Australian gin game Owner, Creator and Distiller Kylie Sepos has really bought something delightfully fresh to the shelves. Situated just north of Newcastle NSW Kylie has built her distillery on the family property. Along with the some of the usual offenders Juniper, Lemon and Anise Myrtle, Native Sage, Pepper Berries, Pink Grapefruit peel and Kafir lime leaves, there is also the use of Native Sugar Bar Honey produced by Australian Stingless Bees. Now don't go thinking this gin is going to be sweet, the honey lends a wonderful savouriness and soft floral notes which is complimented by native sage herbaceousness. 10 out of 10 from us.
