This comes from the Blue Mountains, from Frankly, This Wine Is Made By Bob's vineyard in the Megalong Valley. Tempranillo makes the pink wine. About an hour on skins only. 

Lively, refreshing, savoury, dry. Minerally too. Chewy texture with a core of juiciness, rose hip tea meets cranberry with a touch of sour, red cherry. You get sprigs of dried herb and white pepper too. A little creaminess and nuttiness (manzanilla?!) through the finish. So well balanced, such a delight to drink.
