Mudgee fruit. Hand picked. Wild ferment. Three days on skins to soften the fruit a little and then give a little shape. Fermented in big vats and aged in glass demijohns. Winemaker Adair Imrie is on the march!

This is golden coloured and bold in perfume. Hazy red apple, some saline minerality, a little ginger biscuit character, some green olives in manzanilla brine and a dash of warm, brown spice. Lovely stuff. Delicious! Richer than expected but glides on its cool edges and bristling core. A textural white of immense interest and drinkability. - WineFront.com.au
