COS Naturale Vermouth Rosso

The notable natural wine producer COS has its own vermouth range - a sentence that made us lose our minds. Now we know... they're outstanding too. This one is made from nero d'Avola, it's a darker vermouth, not quite sweet but definitely has a deep, red and black berried fruitiness, warmer, brown spice characters, fleeting alpine herb lift and a cool, pleasingly bitter finish. While drinking it over ice is ideal, this one can be used to make a baller Negroni or Americano too. Superb stuff.
