Akishika Pressed Moto, (moto is the colloquial name for the 'Moth of Sake' aka the starter mash), has been made using a traditional method which allows natural lactobacillus to create the necessary lactic acid. This traditional method takes about 30 days which results in a delightful sake full to the brim of character. A sweet sake with a good acid to balance it out, pears, apples, elderflower and rice bran all come together to to make a very enjoyable drink.
Serve chilled.
HANDLING: Once opened the Akishika 'Pressed Moto' will last well for at least 3 - 4 weeks, ideally in a refrigerator.
