The wine is named after the life changing, crossover indie tune by Manchester legends, The Stone Roses. The wine is crafted from 18 day skin contact Bendigo Verdelho and is an explosion of aromatics, flavours and texture. Whilst still entirely approachable and made in the same vein as all our skin contact whites, this is by far the most serious expression of this style of wine that we have made to date.  It’s one that can be ‘glugged’ down or one that can be contemplated over a few hours or days. - aller trop loin
