We are so excited this Genepy has landed! Family owned and completely artisanal, herbs are picked in the month of August in Graian Alps between the Aosta Valley and Piedmont. They are then dried and infused in pure alcohol fora month before re-distilling half of the infusion. Fresh, herbaceous and and with hints of cinnamon, lemon and mint. The perfect digestive!
