Lovers of this variety in France, we were looking to produce something fresh and elegant but still true to its personality and something a little richer in our range of whites. Notes of ripe banana and yellow tropical fruit expression complimented by delicate oak spice aromas. Tick! The palate echos the banana fruit with super ripe sweet yellow peach. The concentrated flavours reach down the back of the throat. And the texture? Silky and slippery; a softness that makes the fruit seem even richer but freshness is always maintained.
