Made by notable sommelier-turned-wine-importer-turned-winemaker. A man of many hats, Tim Stock. This is a decidedly lighter red wine expression, intentionally. Slurpy, aromatic, fresh-feeling red. Delicious. Sour cherry, graphite minerality, dried green herbs, a bit of black pepper. Flavoursome and yet super refreshing. Enough meat on bones too. A delight to drink, and typifying what Aussie reds should look like in a summery-to-autumnal context.
