From a single site. Matured in old barrels. Given some heft in texture with pressings used here. Aromatic, richly flavoured, skinsy grip in texture, a freshness, a good sense of interest. That’s a lot to like. Nashi pear, tonic water, lemon curd, preserved lime, pickled ginger. Away we go. A vibrant wine with some depth on hand, a good persistent, fruity finish, some slickness and grip in tow. Complex, medium weight, textural white for your pleasure. Nicely done. - The Wine Front
