Dry grown vines on the sandy valley floor. Wild fermented on skins for nine days with minimal punch downs. Pressed to tank and settled, before racking to neutral French oak where it was matured for six and a half months.

Nose of tropical fruit, apricot, lemon curd and pear. Light bodied palate with citrus, orange and grippy tannins with balanced acidity. - AMPA Wines
