Master blender Joy Spence creates this distinguished Jamaican rum using pure limestone-filtered water and no artificial additives. The rich copper colour deepens to honey gold, revealing layers of toasted almond and hazelnut on the nose. The palate unfolds with bright citrus, vanilla, and whispers of roasted coffee and molasses, balanced by gentle spice and subtle oak.
