Archil Guniava Dzelshavi 2021

 

Fermented in large clay vessels and left on the skins for 8 days, this wine then goes back into clay vessels and stainless steel for 8 and 4 months respectively to mature. With a slightly hazy watermelon hue, it boasts scents of redcurrant and cranberry as well as a touch of reduction. On the palate, you'll find a tang of redcurrant, early season watermelon, and cranberry, all balanced by crisp white wine refreshment and lively acidity.
