From chardonnay of the certified biodynamic Moon Vineyard in Goulburn Valley, Vic. Zero dosage and zero additions in winemaking, aged six months on lees.

It does refreshing as it does toasty and savoury, a mellow and nice feel to the wine in its genial, immediately gulpable mix of freshness and interest. Lemon curd, light cinnamon toast notes, cashew nuts galore. a little plushness to texture with a brittle core of crunchy saline minerality. Good, vigorous bubbles, a lemon curd finish that lingers with salted cracker savouriness. It feels very vinous and effortless in its way, but there’s plenty on. It’s a ripper here. - The Wine Front
