Babche Wines Daimo's Syrah 2025

It’s a slinky and sultry syrah, swishes with sappy texture and satiny tannin, strongly stamped with sour cherry and sweet-ish wild raspberry. Lots of perfume, distinct in flavour but compact in a way too. It’s got freshness and purity on its side, a good stretch to it all, a succulence to finish. It’s a gluggable, vibrant red, perhaps missing a bit of extra dimension, but seriously easy drinking in its standing. - The Wine Front
