Electric! Such a zingy, refreshing, tangy sparkling wine. Bubbles are tight and compact, energising the wine and uplifting with each glass. Bright scents and flavours of mixed, tangy citrus, cut grass, pepper, green mango and just-ripe pineapple. Such fun and frivolity with each sip, but you can’t help but notice how thirst-quenching and delicious the wine is. A touch fancy too. Nails it.
