Made from a combination of chardonnay off our four separate blocks, all hand picked on the same day. We’re always aiming to have our fruit, soil and farming shine through in our wines and this cuvee is the exemplary of this, while still being a more polished and elegant style from us. The wine shows some flinty, gravelly notes initially which then opens up to a mineral driven palate with pithy citrus, lifted stonefruit and silky acidity with a subtle richness. A nuanced chardonnay that has just the right amount of everything to create a lovely balance. - Adrianna and Al, wine makers
