Bandicoot Run Pinot Noir Rose 2023

In 2023 we made a single barrel of Pinot Noir rose. We destemmed the fruit and let it soak on skins over night then gently basket pressed it in the morning.  Handled very lightly, the juice being mostly free run went straight into barrel for fermentation. We bottled directly from the barrel without preservatives around 9 months later. A really balanced super thirst quenching rose, with plush red fruit that jumps out of the glass and heaps of energy on the palate. Perfect for those balmy nights or long weekend lunches, everything we love about the warmer months. - Bandicoot Run
