Bar Planet Dirty Martini 150ml

Surely by now you're familiar with Bar Planet? You know, the epic Martini bar a few doors up from us on Enmore Road? Opened by Alex Dowd and Jeremy Blackmore, the legends that brought us Tio's Cerveceria, The Cliff Dive and Cantina OK!? Well, if you aren't ... all you need to know is that they make wicked Martinis with their own very vodka/gin hybrid they call the 'Infinite Spirit', distilled at Poor Toms in Marrickville with botanicals they forage for each season. Good as!

This Dirty Martini is a new addition to their pre-batched range, and make no mistake; this is properly dirty. Made with seaweed vodka for an extra-umami kick, alongside (of course) vermouth and a generous splash of olive bring. In their words "dirty, filthy, feral, fun". Get around it!
